How to Use the App?
What is the cost to renew my subscription?
Can I purchase just a subscription to the app?
Yes, you can purchase a subscription to the app only here.
Note: You will need access to an Activ5 dynamometer and ROM chart to take an exam.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Auto-renew will be turned on by default, but you can easily cancel your membership in the menu screen of the app. For yearly subscriptions, you will receive an email reminder a few days before your subscription renews.
Is the App available on Android?
The arm care app is not currently available for Android. If you would like to be notified when the Android app is available, please sign up for our newsletter on the Blog.
I just purchased the Arm Care Assessment Package. How do I access the app?
You should have received an email with detailed instructions.
1. Download the Arm Care App from the app store.
2. Login using your email and the temporary password that was emailed to you.
Will I need the Arm Care training equipment to complete my Arm Care?

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 Day guarantee on the physical products (minus shipping costs). We do not offer refunds on the subscription service.
Can I use the app on more than one phone?
Yes, simply log in using your email and password.
