The Crossover Symmetry system was recommended by my PT. Due to the severity of my injury, I was initially unable to achieve full range of motion with the 7lb. band. The videos were very helpful to show me the correct technique for each movement as well as adaptations I needed for my limitations. Three weeks into the doing the activation program twice per day, I moved up to doing full range of motion with the 10lb. and 15 lb. bands. My shoulder feels fully recovered!

I'm a PT and triathlete. LOVE the shoulder and hip halo system. Shoulder pain went away after 1 week of using the activation exercises. Knee pain took 2 weeks, but still gone after using the hip halo. I've been recommending this to my patients.
