Key Metric 1: Strength

Because strength matters most, let’s start there. Your Arm Score is your overall arm strength factored for your size and weight. It combines the strength of your entire arm into one easy to understand score. The higher the number, the stronger and healthier you are. The goal is for your Arm Score to be over 70.

KEY METRIC 1: STRENGTH
Because strength matters most, let’s start there. Your Arm Score is your overall arm strength factored for your size and weight. It combines the strength of your entire arm into one easy to understand score. The higher the number, the stronger and healthier you are. The goal is for your Arm Score to be over 70.

KEY METRIC 2: FATIGUE
Players fatigue at different rates and until now coaches couldn’t quantify how fatiguing a pitching or throwing session was. It compares a player’s strength before an outing to their strength afterward. The goal is to retain more than 90% of your strength.

KEY METRIC 3: RECOVERY
Recovery shows the difference between your most recent exam versus your average. If your Recovery Score is a positive number, it means you are gaining strength and recovering well. Changes to sleep and nutrition, as well as reducing pitch counts or pushing bullpens back may be needed in the short term to help improve recovery.
